Sylvester & Company, PA was established in October of 1977. The current office at 75 Chestnut Square, Cashiers, North Carolina, opened in March of 1981 and has always committed to providing the highest quality professional services - the key to successful projects. The firm offers professional land surveying services primarily throughout the Macon, Jackson, and Transylvania County resort corridors including Cashiers NC, Highlands, NC & Lake Toxaway NC. Sylvester & Company, PA serves both public and private sector clients. Our staff includes two registered Professional Land Surveyors and our field crews utilize the latest technology in surveying equipment and software. Over the past twenty eight years of providing professional services in the Cashiers area, we have firmly established relationships with many local developers, architects, building contractors, realtors, and attorneys.
